Using AppointIQ
These terms cover booking a meeting, creating an account, and managing appointments on AppointIQ, a TechXLNS product. By booking or registering you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy. You can book a demo without an account. An account is optional and is there so you can see your own bookings.
Your booking
You agree to give a real name, email address and mobile number, and a company name when the form asks for one. The time you pick is an invitation for the host to meet you. The host may need to move or decline a time. You can reschedule or cancel from the link in your confirmation, or from your account, until the meeting starts.
Accounts
Registration checks the mobile number with a one-time SMS code. That verified number, together with the email you enter, is how existing guest bookings are attached to the account. Keep the code private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Messages
We email booking confirmations and changes because they are part of the appointment. Product updates and other marketing from TechXLNS are sent only if you opt in, and you can opt out later without affecting the booking.
Acceptable use
Do not use AppointIQ to send unlawful, misleading or abusive requests, to probe the service, or to book meetings you do not intend to attend in bulk. We may cancel a booking or close an account that breaks these terms.
