Who we are

AppointIQ is a scheduling product from TechXLNS Pty Ltd (ABN 58 655 959 130). This page explains how we handle personal information when you book, manage or register for an AppointIQ meeting. It is written for this booking service and sits alongside the privacy information published on techxlns.com.

What we collect

When you book a demo or other meeting we collect the details you submit: your name, email address, mobile number (including country code), company when the host asks for it, the reason for the meeting, and the time zone you choose. If you create an account we also store that the mobile number was verified by SMS, the time you accepted these terms, the policy version, and whether you opted in to product updates.

We also keep the booking itself: the event, the host, the time, the status, and a private link that lets you reschedule or cancel.

Why we use it

We use this information to schedule the meeting, send confirmation and change notices, show the booking to the host and nominated teammates, and let you see your own appointments after you register. SMS codes are used only to verify the mobile number on a new account or at login. We send product and marketing messages from TechXLNS only when you tick that option, and you can turn it off from your appointments page.

How long we keep it

We keep booking contact details for as long as they are needed to hold the meeting, handle a reschedule or cancellation, and meet ordinary record-keeping duties. Account details stay until you ask us to delete the account. You can request access, correction or deletion by emailing enquiries@techxlns.com. We may need to confirm it is you before we act on the request.

Who we share it with

The host of the meeting, and teammates named for notifications, receive the booking details they need to run the appointment. Email and SMS are sent through the providers configured for this service. We do not sell your booking details. Hosts may use a video or calendar tool you join from the confirmation.
